Student Grouping with Soft Factors & Availability

Bachelor thesis: a MILP that assigns students to teams while balancing major diversity and GPA homogeneity, ensuring leadership/social skill coverage, and enforcing shared time-window constraints. We analyse Pareto trade-offs between diversity and grade spread with illustrative datasets.
